Remote USB Recovery

Remote Access Consent

Last updated: September 9, 2026

1. Authorization

By starting a remote session, you authorize Remote USB Recovery to connect to your Windows or macOS computer for the limited purpose of diagnosing the affected storage device and performing recovery work you approve.

2. Your control

You should remain present during the session whenever practical. You may move the mouse, disconnect the remote session, or revoke permission at any time.

3. Scope

We will not intentionally access unrelated personal files, email, financial accounts, passwords, or private applications unless access is specifically necessary and you authorize it.

4. Software and commands

You authorize us to run diagnostic utilities and data-recovery software reasonably necessary for the agreed work. We will avoid destructive operations unless they are specifically explained and separately approved.

5. Stop conditions

If signs of physical failure or unsafe instability appear, we may stop the session to reduce the risk of further damage.

6. No guarantee

Authorization to inspect or recover does not guarantee a successful recovery outcome.

7. Customer confirmation

You confirm that you have lawful authority to access the computer, storage device, and data presented during the session.
